Horrible

This is the worst bank app I’ve ever had. It takes forever to load anything. Takes forever to sign in. Takes forever for customer support. I’m thinking about switching banks just to get rid of this app.

Won’t work

Updated a couple minutes ago and the app just stays all white and won’t let me in.

Useless App

The app opens, but the bank accounts remain blank, showing only a spinning hourglass. This issue occurs both in the “Accounts” section and in the area for making transfers. It has been like this for several days now, rendering the app completely useless, as I need to view my accounts and transactions.

I am submitting this feedback today to give the app a one-star rating (since zero is not an option). This is an unacceptable level of service and reflects irresponsibility on Cecilian Bank’s part.

Please address this issue immediately.
