Just never works
Doesn’t work hardly ever. Have to spend most of the time calling the offices to get support. Disaster of an app and rarely gets updates, so they have no interest in making it better. Extremely unfortunate.

doesn’t work half the time , might as well burry your money. at least then you can see how much you have whenever.
The app is a hassle.
Honestly have thought about switching banks simply due to not being able to check my bank account through the app when I need to. There are constant issues with the app. Even when you set up Face ID it only works half the time and then when you type your password in it never works and you have to reset it multiple times. All this just to check my account. Not worth it.

Known issues with iPhone
I’m running the app on my Windows computer and also on my iPhone 12 Pro. If I login on one of them, the app won’t recognize my credentials on the other. I’ve tried this multiple times. And every time. I get logged in on the computer. I get locked out of the app. It may be a fine app, but it does nothing for me because I can’t login if I use it on use the web site. I’m can see I’m not the only one…
