Too many bugs
I’ve had to delete and download multiple times. Always issues when the dreaded password reset occurs. No other app I deal with gives me this much trouble.
Lacking
This is the most behind the times company we’ve dealt with. They do not have a dependable online service. Makes me change my password every single time I attempt to log on..as if I didn’t know my moms middle name. They don’t allow linking accounts to Experian account so that you could build credit, to maybe get a loan with them. Lol what a way to gain business. Looking at other bank options today.

Not saying a correct amount
Will say one amount for a split second then suddenly change we never know how much we have in the bank anymore this app is so glitchy my husband and I have grown to absolutely hate this app.
Needs improvements
I hate having to change my password every month and why is it always telling you that your security questions are incorrect I know my middle name and I k ow my oldest siblings birthday but according to your app I’m wrong find it very frustrating
Horrible banking app
I get locked out at least once every other month I have Face ID on and it still says invalid user credentials I put in the correct user name and password still says invalid user credentials I call the bank and it takes 2 or 3 times for them to reset I’m about done with citizens if they can’t get this corrected why would I trust them with my money
