Too many bugs
I’ve had to delete and download multiple times. Always issues when the dreaded password reset occurs. No other app I deal with gives me this much trouble.
Lacking
This is the most behind the times company we’ve dealt with. They do not have a dependable online service. Makes me change my password every single time I attempt to log on..as if I didn’t know my moms middle name. They don’t allow linking accounts to Experian account so that you could build credit, to maybe get a loan with them. Lol what a way to gain business. Looking at other bank options today.

Not saying a correct amount
Will say one amount for a split second then suddenly change we never know how much we have in the bank anymore this app is so glitchy my husband and I have grown to absolutely hate this app.
Needs improvements
I hate having to change my password every month and why is it always telling you that your security questions are incorrect I know my middle name and I k ow my oldest siblings birthday but according to your app I’m wrong find it very frustrating
Horrible banking app
I get locked out at least once every other month I have Face ID on and it still says invalid user credentials I put in the correct user name and password still says invalid user credentials I call the bank and it takes 2 or 3 times for them to reset I’m about done with citizens if they can’t get this corrected why would I trust them with my money

Won’t load
I legit have to delete the app to get my stuff to load

When opening the app it will not load! I have deleted and reinstalled and it still will not load!

The apps isn’t loading. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Update has been done. Still not loading.

It will not open... it hasn’t been able to load since they updated the last time
Decent
This app could work a lot smoother. It’s buggy and photo deposits are slow to register.
Privacy question
Of course can't remember username. Not sure what it is I have tried everything. But when I go to look up my username it has the spot that says question but there is no question. They want an answer but they don't give me a question. Sigh. Updates.
