Lag, Crashes, Faults
Great to have an app but it’s clunky. When you get into a deep dive, it starts to lag then crashes. It struggles to support fast scrolling. If you know what you are looking for and are on a mission, you will get frustrated. The ‘Sort by’ feature also doesn’t seem to work the way you’d like either, has a tendency to just stick to one sort eg. newest first (only). Would recommend for a better user experience to investigate this as I know that other realestate apps don’t have this issue. I don’t want to use the desktop version on my iPhone 11 (iOS 17.5.1) but have to resort to it most of the time or get the laptop out. Please update the app, it would make it so much better

Not a sophisticated app at all. Misses a lot of the basic and expected functionality.

Missing basic features
App doesn’t work well with iPad. Couldn’t use the search bar to search a location or change filter from for sale to for lease. Doesn’t allow users to sign in with Google accounts or other 3rd party sign in options offered on the website

Continually locks up. Favourite selection is not my favourites, very random selection. Unable to use search function. Can only change location with the map
Shortlisting doesn’t work
After I have shortlisted properties not only aren’t they there, but totally random ones from different areas of Australia are!

The photos take forever to load
Filter and search not working on iPad
Cannot change to search for lease, it’s stuck on buy. Cannot filet either. Makes it useless.
