Invoices not sending
Our invoices said they were being sent but after 3 months I was wondering why I wasn’t being paid and it turns out MYOB never sent them out. MYOB deny any issues with their software even though we sat through hours of tech support that couldn’t get them to send again.
Unintuitive
For such a renounced company this app comes off as cheap and underdeveloped. Menus aren’t intuitive, units of leave are all over the place E.g When applying for leave units of leave available aren’t defined, is it hours, days or weeks available. Trying to find where the payslips are is a nightmare to begin with. The app does work but the user interface is just clunky and unintuitive.

I am a qualified Accountant and I just don’t understand this Myob cloud business software. they launch too may similar products. it leads to a lot of confusion.
When I login I can see too many of my account under the same business name but it attached with 3 different serial number.
And very difficult for me to find my client linkage. Spending a lot of time trying to navigate the myob platform at the end is a total waste of time.

Terrible
Worst app I’ve have used, only use cause employer makes me, absolutely terrible
Inventory
Can’t view inventory items via the app, so it’s pretty useless for me as I need to know how many of a particular item I have in stock when doing a quote.
