Great app
I love the easy way to place orders and look for items
Easy, efficient, pleasant
Have been using this app for the last 4 years. Straightforward. I wish all our suppliers would be on this app.
Great app
Since the latest update the app freezes while trying to update the cart with new items. This makes placing orders before cutoff times very difficult. Please resolve issue
Good concept, horrible payment system and inadequate support
Ordermentum is good only if you're ordering from suppliers you already have a direct relationship with, and they’re simply using the platform as a tool to manage orders.
But once Ordermentum gets involved as a middleman and connects you with wholesalers who use their platform handling payments becomes a nightmare.
They take full payment upfront, including for weight-based items or products that might be out of stock. If anything changes, your invoice is amended and the “credit” is held in your Ordermentum Wallet instead of being refunded. There's no transparency, and reconciling charges is painful.
Worse, they randomly issue partial refunds or debit your card again—even after invoices have been fully paid and settled. These amounts often make no sense and don’t line up with any clear documentation.
Refunds are never automatic. You’ll need to chase them down. And even then, they’re rarely accurate. They’ll say they’ll apply the credit to your next invoice, but in practice, this almost never happens.
To top it off, support is mainly via email. While the team is polite and tries to help, it’s incredibly slow and difficult to get anything resolved. You’ll be stuck in long threads with no accountability or clear answers.
It’s a broken system that creates unnecessary admin and stress. I've spent hours trying to chase refunds and reconcile payments.
Until they fix their refund logic, improve payment transparency, and invest in real support, I’d strongly recommend avoiding the platform—especially if you don’t already have an established relationship with the supplier you’re buying from and you're ordering through Ordermentum.
