What an absolute rubbish app, impossible to sign in complete waste of time. I will not be completing any Independent surveys. RUBBISH! RUBBISH! RUBBISH!
SCAM Company!!!
This company is a SCAM! The moderators constantly accuse you of using a VPN to access their site (which you can’t disprove) and REFUSE to pay out awards. Total SCAM!!!
Glitchy
This app is pretty neat but it is very glitchy. Sometimes it won’t even open.
App error
App used to be great, Every time I open app now it says there was an error with the network, try again. I have deleted, re downloaded. Tried both data and WiFi not working. Disappointed
Too many bugs
Buggy! One day, app works fine. Next day no bueno and app support takes you to a different product.
Wells Fargo is wasting my time
It’s quite convenient that I’ve done enough surveys to be close enough to get to the $50 gift card and for every single survey that has come up after I have been unable to do because they say they have gotten enough replies or responses which has to be a complete lie because I go to do the survey as soon as they send the email. And now I can’t even login through the Community app to just take my $25 gift card and leave. This is such a waste of time.

Black ops has been my favorite COD game since the first one dropped. I only get to play on weekends but it’s still great. This app is cool too.

Hardly ever starts up on iphone
I always get is 9 pulsing dots first time instead of content. I close the app and try again. Some days it lets me in the second try, other days it won’t. It’s fine when it runs but every week that’s less often the case. Please fix this.
Doesn’t work
I can’t get past the verify phone number screen. It sends an SMS verification message but after entering it and saving the app just tells me a required field is missing.

Terrible
I would really not bother with them, you don’t get your rewards for completing surveys. Trying to get hold of moderators/support is a joke, you either don’t get a reply or you have to wait 2 weeks for one.
Not earning enough to cash out
Nice app it’s easy to use and cash out for rewards as well. Not one of my favorite apps because they don’t give you anyway to earn points. It would be great to give the community a way to earn some points.

I am a member of this community. After this update I can not access my account nor can I get a link sent. This community was kind of lame and now they game me a reason to leave.
Cant switch between communities
I have a part of a community for a long time now and it has been great, but recently I was invited to join another community and now I cant switch between the two. On the bottom there is a prompt that says “long press for easy switch between communities” but that does not work at all. Please help.
Edit: User Error. I fixed it. Only issue was I never found a Contact Us for Fuel Cycle. Make that more accessible please.

Difficult to Work with on Apple devices
We use this app for Roblox bug reports. It says it is only for iPhone but it doesn’t even work well with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The idea of it is great, but the execution falls far short. I wish I could post a video here. It would be easier than explaining.
While trying to post a bug report, I can see only the top half of the page. If the keyboard has to come up, it will stay there and the page will not scroll. There is no way to drop the keyboard either. It has been like this since at least December of 2024.
When I went to the website to ask for a solution or recommendation, there were only 2 ways to contact them, snail-mail or a phone call - which I won’t do because, these days, only robots answer calls.
The rest of the app works great. The team can send us messages, set up testing “parties”, send out requests for input, post links to the next game to test etc…
It’s just that when it comes to filing an actual bug report, it fails miserably. The same can be said for the way the payment system works/fails. Once you’ve earned enough points to get paid, you have to collect payment. Except that you can’t collect it because it doesn’t work. The ever-present response is some form of, we are aware of the problem and are working on it, It should be resolved swiftly. Meanwhile, it’s been since last year that people have had this problem and keep seeing the same, less-than-helpful message.
Fuel Cycle; please fix your app. It consistently does not work as advertised.

Frustrating app
So when it works it’s fine but I swear I get network issues constantly. I’m not sure if it’s because this is new and has to have the kinks worked out but I’ve never seen an app mess up with much. Just know that going in. I’ve reported it to them several times and they may or may not reply. It has potential but there sissies get old fast.

I do like this app, i’ve already gotten some rewards, but i can’t log into my account, and i had points on there too still, it’s frustrating knowing the app works but my account for some reason isn’t working
