Not able to make larger deposits
When do make deposits the credit union puts a hold on funds and have to get Local branch manager to waive hold on my deposits.

Your app is so easy to use (as long as I remember my password!); I can check my balance, deposits & cleared checks anywhere!
Won’t even open
I have no idea wether this app is actually any good or not, it just tells me I have a "possible problem with my connection". Deleting and redownloading the app does nothing, my Wi-Fi works on every other app perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s up with that.

Finding info
I still get lost when trying to locate my full account number and the routing number. I was very displeased when I had to verify my account only through phone number not phone number or email due to it happening right at the same time that I changed my phone number and I had to go into local office to change that.

The new layout is terrible. We should be able to see all of our accounts without swiping through them one at a time. Change it back to how it was.
Easy Account Management
This app is very user friendly and intuitive. I can navigate & manage less common tasks like out of country alert for my credit card, apply for a loan, etc. as easily as I can daily management tasks.
