App is buggy on mobile

UPDATE: the seemed to fix the mobile issue. So it’s working again.

I would recommend using the desktop version. It seems I’m not able to use the app on my phone anymore because when I start texting it freezes up.

Not working

I tried to put in my email SOOOO many times and it said “email or password incorrect” Even though I was putting in the correct information!! I even tried multiple accounts!!☹️☹️

Community does not value their customers

What an absolute NIGHTMARE it has been to deal with this unresponsive company. The small amount of interaction I have had with the people that represent this company has left me feeling unvalued, unimportant and frustrated. . And they charge a steep price to make sure you feel that way as their customer. STEER CLEAR of this business, there are far better services than community
