Easy and User Friendly
This App has worked great for me for years. Easy and secure login, easy to update payments use bill pay or scheduling transfers. Makes organizing my financials an easy task.

I never do reviews but this app works maybe half the time if you’re lucky. I can’t deposit my check because the ‘service is down’ and they’re closed as I work 2nd shift and now I have to go to bed without food! This happens very regularly, do yourself a favor and go with a bank that knows what they’re doing. I will sue.

Linking Accounts of family members
Really miss the feature of last app that allowed accounts that are linked to be easily accessed.
Needs a lot of improvement
Very disappointed with the app and the payment possibilities through the app. You can’t pay with your other bank account, the only option to pay is by credit card, which charges $13.00 ! convenience fee. Also, very strange app-you can login to pay the loan button, but can’t login to your online banking, which is also very inconvenient. Called the customer service support and got an offer to come in to the branch, with very limited locations options also. Would truly appreciate to see improvements in online payment options.
