New update issues
I have an iPhone 12, all day since the update I have had issues clocking in excepting and traveling, and after I did the update the app would cause my phone to restart. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now working correctly.

The app is having issues syncing after uploading pictures. I have to refresh the page for them to start uploading. Office is now having issues seeing when I have left the job, on my end, it says completed and on the office end it still says arrived. Clock in and out didn’t work four times over the last two days, causing me to have to check it multiple times every time to ensure I am clocked out or in and have the issue corrected with my office. Super inconvenient. :(

I have used Commusoft for several years and am happy overall.
Red flags! No real customer service
The app is ok functionally but the system itself is difficult to navigate and buggy. They don’t care about suggestions for improvements and they will blame any failures on their clients. They threatened us with debt collectors because they care more about profits than whether or not the system is right for a business. We went back to Tradify who have been fantastic, cheaper and more than willing to listen to feedback. Avoid unless you’ve been using it forever or you’re starting from scratch

Excellent App
Commusoft software is simple to use. It has a wide range of tools to help business delivery to provide an effective service to customers. Helps to keep customer accounts organised and perfect for job management and the engineers to manage their workloads. Would recommend to use if your looking for easy functionality.

Do not like the new design at all. It’s terrible and now you can’t even change it back!

The company has been a Commusoft customer for nearly three years. During this time we have gone from strength to strength and been able to grow our operations as a result of the support that the Commusoft field service software has been able to offer both to our engineers in the field and our office based admin staff. We are able to quickly communicate with field staff and turn around our servicing, estimating and invoicing in a fraction of the time our pre Commusoft processes allowed.
