downloaded this during a really hard stretch with binge eating and emotional eating, honestly wasn’t expecting much. first time i opened it when i could feel a spiral coming on it just asked what was going on. didn’t make me log anything or track anything. that was kind of it.
it’s just become the thing i reach for now when the urge hits. not a meditation app, not a food tracker. actually does something for the emotional eating side of things which nothing else really touches.
