So bad when i want to contact the owner I can’t find anything no email or number ..
Used to be great.
Used previous versions and it was a great app however on this later version I can see properties in my search but when I click on the property of interest to get further details and photos the app keeps closing. (Using the English version on iPhone 8). Currently very frustrating and no resolution to date even when reported. App itself is good (when it works) however could be some improvement from agents showing photos on apartments... and also have a translation ability (like google auto translate) to your desired language if it doesn’t already happen.
Love the map feature and links to google maps. Really a great feature when you are moving cantons or moving from abroad for work and unfamiliar with areas. Also love the ability to set up search criteria and have notifications.

Waste of time currently!

App Freezes
In the last version updates this App has started to freeze (a lot!). I use it on a new iPhone 8 and new iPad pro and the whole device is frequently frozen for up to 30-60s at a time.
It freezes when scrolling to set price variables, swiping through images of houses and waiting to load maps and move/zoom around on the maps. It’s extremely frustrating and detracts from the generally good overall content aggregation potential of the App.

Changed for the worse
The app used to be be great until this completely new version. Photos won't load for listings takes an age to look at listings and can't search on the map across the whole of Switzerland easily like you used to. Very frustrating.
I want the old version
This update from June 20017 is awful. I cannot put the page in horizontal, i cannot make or find my notes, even the new logo is horrible. How can I go back to the last version?
Latest update made app slow
I used to love this app, but since last update it is to slow and pictures either take to long to load or never open. Please fix this.

Absolutely A Great Tool!!
Comparis is one of the most complete search sites I have ever used. As I am relocating from one Country to another this app is priceless. I can get specific realtime information. I'm able to review and compare neighborhoods. The turnover comparisons help to determine issues in the area. I have already acquired my holiday apartment in one Country now I'm looking for my permanent apartment in another. The only thing that could make it better is if if had 360 video so you could see the interior in its entirety. Using this app google maps helps me to locate how close the Apartments are to Points of interest to me.

Best property app for Switzerland
This app does well what it promises. It is the only app that lists previously rented units at a given property to allow you to compare turnover rates for a given address.
Does it work?
At least from within Japan, it never connects and gets zero search results

If you are looking for a good app to help find a place in Switzerland, then this one is a good choice. Overall usability is good and the integration with iOS makes it very convenient to use. Once found, property details are easily shared.
