It Works
Setup was a little complex, but we managed to get through it. It is a little quirky at times and the app takes a few minutes to catch up I’ve noticed. For example, when I turn the heater on, the app refreshes and says “System OFF”. But, if we wait a few minutes it usually synchronizes. I like that I can control it remotely. Also, the app should be able to lock down the setup area and advanced settings, for example if you’re giving access to a tenant, among other things.

Compass heat pump
Unit is very unpredictable it connects when it wants and kick you out randomly
Crashes at login
Every time I try to use the app on iOS, after login it flashes ‘loading’ for a few seconds and then disappears.
Poor quality
Keeps disconnecting
Goes offline and no way to add more than one user
Will no reconnect to wifi - have to trip circuit breaker to get back online. And no way to add additional users.
