Does Not Work-Waste of Time and Money
App leaods Ok on a Mac and you can open the dashboard but the but VPN will not work. Tried unloading and reloading app, restarting computer, etc. I teach college classes in IT so I am computer literate. Customer service is useless, hate to think what happens if one would have an idenity breach problem and need their coutomer service. Absolutely would not recomment CompleteID for VPN, in my opinion.

Updating my review
I had rated this is one star because it did not work after the iOS 26 update. They have now updated it to work and I must say I think it’s better than ever. Thank you!
They’ve abandoned this app
It doesn’t work, Complete ID doesn’t care. This VPN comes as part of the complete ID service. It used to work on my Intel computer, but just throws an error after activating. It hasn’t been updated in over a year and I doubt it will ever get an update.

Vpn fails
This VPN does not work at all. I guess it’s not compatible with iOS 26.1 iPhone 15 Pro Max as soon as you turn it on it shuts off please fix.
