They’ve abandoned this app
It doesn’t work, Complete ID doesn’t care. This VPN comes as part of the complete ID service. It used to work on my Intel computer, but just throws an error after activating. It hasn’t been updated in over a year and I doubt it will ever get an update.

This VPN does not work at all. I guess it’s not compatible with iOS 26.1 iPhone 15 Pro Max as soon as you turn it on it shuts off please fix.

It does not work on my new Macbook and the costumer service is terrrible. When I call them they say you do not have a log in issue and if you have problem with the app working take it to the AppleStore...well, your app is the only thing not working on the Macbook, it seems to me it is a your problem rather than the Apple problem.

Will not work on MacBook with Apple Silicon chip
This used to work on my older mac with the intel chip. Upgraded to a new computer and it has never worked since. There is no support to fix the issue.
Worked alright on computer until new Sonoma OS
I wish this was updated more regularly. As part of a whole subscription I used it often, but the lack of updates is frustrating. Even when using with my iPhone it was problematic- didn’t allow certain functions to operate. The iOS updates are at least every month - please update this app more often!

App never works on Mac
This app has never worked on my MAC. I've reinstsalled it more than once.

No longer works
The Complete ID VPN worked fine and then one day it just stopped working. No explaination. No support or means to obrtain support. Simply abandoned.

Lousy Activation
Pretty lame interface. Never could activate my iPad. If it wasn’t include in my subscription I would junk it.
Must repeatedly reactivate
Used to work better. Now must reactivate many times. Sometimes never get verification code or it comes 15 minutes later. Fustrating.

Extremely slow reactivating. I may just uninstall.
Free app but difficult to reactivate
It connects fine to my server of choice. I assume it is encrypting my date. However after a period of time you must reactivate your access by logging into your CompleteID account. Asked to open the VPN app and enter an access code from the VPN app but there is none provided. However the VPN did work and connected. For a free app that others charge for I guess can’t expect much resources spent on it although I paid a monthly fee for CompleteID to monitor my credit and accounts.

Don’t waste your time with this awful app.
Clunky setup but free secure VPN!
I have been using ExpressVPN across my iPhone and desktop computer- paying a monthly fee. It works great and the speeds are fantastic. However, I am a Complete ID customer via Costco so am testing this included service out and possibly will cancel my paid service. So far so good!
