Super Handy
I needed a better solution for reporting issues in a building I oversee. Found this product and it’s been a game changer for me! I manager a commercial spot that has 3 floors. There is a lot of appliances, security measures, moving parts, it’s just a lot.
With this app I was able to place NFC tags on each floor and with each office administrator. I now get organized tickets with the exact info I need because I created the question prompt!
Love that I can assign each tag a location, I automatically know what floor or even what person left the ticket and can follow up if needed.
I no longer need to track down the random person that left a hand written note on my vending machine that reads “Not Working.” I now get a ticket on my phone that reads “Second Floor: Vending machine does not work. The card reader Kees producing an error when I use my debit.”
The amount of time I am saving from troubleshooting alone pays for the monthly fee. Im not great at software type things so I really appreciate how easy this is to set up and then view tickets.

Extremely Simple, Extremely Powerful
Compliment has provided a clear way for me to get feedback from my customers. I just printed out the QR code and plopped it down next to the register. I’ve never seen an app or a review system that works so fast and slick for my customers. And then the feedback goes right into my pocket. This kind of private feedback has been great for me to make simple changes so my business runs smoother, and I sleep better at night.

Terrifyingly helpful for our businesses
We got this set up at our DQ and Subway restaurants at the front desk (my father in law owns them and I help day to day).
Each manager has a QR code they put on display when on shift… I got immediate insight into their performance and it has made a difference already in what topics we cover during training. Hugely helpful to see weak points in our service and conversely it’s awesome to see good praiseworthy comments I can pass on to the team to motivate them.
Setup was pretty easy - just had to assign the codes and print them out and give them to the on-site managers.
Customer service seems good - I had one question and they responded quickly and answered my thought. For $10 a month this a no brainer in my opinion.
Anyways solid app! Definitely a must have for managers and owners in the food and service industry although I could see it being used elsewhere too. Big fan.
