Love this app!
I have been using this app since grad school with my adult and child clients. It works so well for comprehension of nouns verbs and adjectives. Thanks,
Nice App!
This is a nice app for basic listening comprehension presented in three formats to change up the requirements and difficulty. I am using it with two specific patients who present with aphasia, and although both are moderate for comprehension issues and expression, they are sailing through the app without too much difficulty. I'm hoping that your developers will consider making the words more complex, branch into phrasing (although then it may be like your reading app) or consider difficulty levels for milder CVA's, TBI, post concussion syndrome, etc. Thanks in advance!

SLPA
I use this for my Autism kiddos and they think its a game! It's a great, fun way to drill and kill and it takes data for you! It also lets you customize and chose what cards you want on display and how many.
Amazing adult app
I have been using this app frequently. Actually daily lately with a Wenickes aphasia patient in the hospital. iPad + Tactus apps = best acute care SLP tools! I also use them all in out patient and home care settings. Worth every penny. Highly recommended to SLPs working with adults. Also for patients/clients to purchase and use for homework practice.

More functional than carrying card decks!
In the acute care setting, we don't often have the time to complete full standardized testing with our patients. This app not only is able to help me assess patient's functioning level, it helps me do it in several languages. No longer do I have to rely on my elementary bi-lingual skills. As if that's not enough, the app completes the evaluation write up for me! It has been a huge time saver for me personally. Our department is now looking at purchasing an iPad specifically for the TherAppy apps. I also strongly recommend this to patients following discharge for carryover activities. By having them email me the summary, I can evaluate progress without having to see the patient. I've used this app with pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Across the board, the most common response is "More iPad, please!"
