Brutal App / Experience
Subscribed to Pro but nothing was unlocked despite showing an active subscription. Deleted / re-installed the app. Tried restoring purchases. Logged in / out of app and restarted my phone. Nothing has worked and I remain stuck at “Subscribe to Unlock All Features” in the app itself. In app support is broken. It took four separate attempts for a submission to work and am still waiting for any sort of meaningful response. As it stands now, I’m out my subscription fee and have no programming. Terrible experience and a refund would be appropriate.

Love the app but…
I really love the app. Everything is so smooth. Able to see the demo workouts perform them on my own.
I only have one feedback, when I timer is running, the screen gets locked. It defeats the purpose of being able to track the time during the workout.
The cherry on top would be, if the timer could be adjusted as per the workout, especially for the tabata style workouts where the time can be reset every 4mins etc., that would be AWESOME!

Just goes to the splash screen and says something went wrong.
Subscribed to Pro, App never unlocked pro
App just remains at the “subscribe page”
Best training app ever to get fit
Great app! Love the direction and the training.
Great Workouts and App!
Convinced I was from 2018 that CompTrain had something special going on. What I continually find is they tailor the workouts to be very effective no matter the amount of time you have (30 minutes - 2 Hours). They provide demonstrations of each movement, coaching tips, warmups, and equally effective substitutions. If you tried CT before and didn’t like the app, check it out again! Cole and Crew do an excellent job of updating and improving based on feedback. I highly recommend their programming.

Using this programming for years!
I’ve been using the app for years now and it’s been amazing. As of late the programming has been even better and my strength is going through the roof! You also get to hang out and talk to Cole, a humble amazing dude and the other CompTrain community members! Love my garage gym life with this app!! 💪

Excellent training & app
Coming from a CrossFit background, I was looking for balanced training that is not only effective, but is fun, engaging and intended for the long game. Cole and his team have built an excellent and effective program. The app is top notch with video demos, intended stimulus for each piece and precise movement swaps if needed. Athlete for life!

Incredibly Effective
The programming and training methodology is incredibly intentional. I’m someone who is trying to say fit and not concerned with the “sport” of fitness and this is the perfect fit for me. Love the programming, love the app, can’t say enough nice things about it.

I don’t follow Comptrain because they offer the best programming I’ve ever done before (though they are also that) I follow their programming because of the philosophy that Ben, Cole and team bring to fitness. We train to get better at life, to build good habits that can be maintained, so that I can play with my kids at all ages.
Even when they get it wrong (this app rollout was painful at times) they stay at it until they get it right, and communicate with us the community every step of the way. That’s why I do comptrain, I trust the process and it has kept me fit and injury free now into my 40’s and hopefully beyond!

Clean + feels like a coach in your pocket
I’m biased but I love this app. It’s aesthetically pleasing to look at, and it kinda makes it feel like you have a community but get to train on your schedule
