Poor user interface
Video stops while streaming and buffering sign appears even if you have stable internet connection and then I have to exit and play again and then it doesn’t start from where had earlier left

Bad customer help
Very bad experience with customer care! I ordered notes one month ago and still haven’t gotten it. I am sick and tired of trying to contact them. In this day an age what domestic parcel takes one month to dispatch. When I call them, I get no answer. Very disappointing! It’s a shame how one parcel is taking such a long time to deliver even dispatch in 2026. To who so ever it May concern, if you think that’s how any “Development” is done in any sector, it’s really a bad situation!

No proper response from customer care service or admin , course content is good would want to proceed for subscription ,but no calls messages from customer care even during my previous purchase of notes . Fed up and disappointed with them
Best psychiatry app for residents
It is such a lifesaver when it comes to providing appropriate material and guidance throughout the residency. I was lucky to came across this app during my final year of residency. Being taught by other countries, best psychiatrist in different specialities is the major boon!

I am a psychiaty resident in my third year. I am glad that Praveen Sir is making this happening. The app is really kind of a moon. I just have one with the iPad version of the app. The app crashes in the middle of a video as the video just freezes while playing in the midway.
