One of the clunkiest, terrible, friction full and unfriendly apps on the market.
Just gets worse and worse
I have a subscription to the magazine, but cannot download the magazines to read offline. Once you have them, you cannot delete the ones you have read. The app used to function fine but now it’s infuriating to use. And we are talking about the simplest of functions. For a high end travel and luxury magazine the app is a disgrace.

I have been given instructions on how to register for digital version of Traveller Magazine, completely useless, the instructions bare no resemblance to the App!!

The formatting of the magazine pages within the app is completely wrong; making it almost impossible to view the pages portrait or landscape. For such a image rich magazine, the app is a complete let down!
Waste money
My annual purchase doesn’t work at all, and there is no way to cancel the purchase.
Randomly Shuts Down
The app just shuts down a lot.
Should have realised!
When something is offered for free, chances are it isn’t what it seems! I went through the various stages, downloaded the app and every time I open the app it crashes - seriously unimpressed!
App Crashes Constantly
The app is impossible to use - it keeps crashing about every minute. I can only flip through a few pages at a time. I emailed the magazine about the problem and they told me they cannot do anything that and that I should instead contact Apple. I feel bad about getting their annual subscription. I wish I could get my money back. The app is useless.

Doesn't work.
What a waste of time. I bought the digital and print subscription and my sign in information is not working. Deleting the app on my phone and using the MacBook app version instead.
Doesn’t support US digital access
Apparently only the iPad app supports US digital access. Very deceiving, unclear. Horrible experience.
Just annoying
Obviously Greta content; but the app to read the content stinks.. constantly issues to flip pages and navigate the magazine very frustrating to enjoy the content
