Paid for the app then was directed to a poorly designed website to spend 10 euros on the story. Why didn’t the story just come with the children’s app that I just paid for? I’d like my. Money back.

Dear 3daughtersinarow Thank you for your feedback and sorry you were not happy with the app. Please note that there is no need to go to our website to download other stories. You can listen to "Confidence 4 Your Child" story by clicking on "Play" button on the main page that opens when the app starts. Please ensure you have your volume up to an appropriate level. If you still have problems please use the App Support link in the AppStore and give us your details so that we can help you further.
