Terrible App
It won’t load half the time, even in WiFi zones. It’s ridiculous. Such a terrible app. Nice when it actually works.

Doesn't work well.
When I try and open the app, it exits out of the app and keep doing it repeatedly whenever I try opening up the app please fix it up please🙏🙏🙏

The app doesn’t work unless i open and close it at least three times, close every other app on my phone, and say a quick prayer to the lord above and the one below.

Seems like every new update breaks the app I it would be amazing not having to go online to figure out bus times

I like cache valley transit a lot, my only problem is this app. It doesn’t work very often, and the problem is that there used to be a different app for cache transit and I never had any problems with that one at all

New update
New update does not allow for older phone users to use this app.
Usually a big fan
But ever since the update, the app will no longer open on my phone. Im pretty sad about it because the bus is my main form of transportation and maps arent as reliable.

Since the most recent update 5 days ago I have not even been able to open this app… so an update for bug fixes which causes even more bugs, awesome

I started having to rely on the bus and I usually have to open and close the app multiple times before it loads. Now it doesn’t even open

This app is super glitchy and thus unhelpful - never loads where buses are and when they’re estimated to arrive at your stop. I just pull up the website on my phone instead because it actually works

This is my only review I’ve ever made. I rely on the bus system to get to campus and google and Apple Maps have a more reliable bus route than this does. It never loads, especially if I’m not on WiFi, and makes it impossible to know when a bus is coming. I hate having to search for bus stops on google maps to know when the bus is coming.

Doesnt load but better than other apps.
Could be great
The app constantly pulls up the route and then the buses don’t show up on the map. Literally will be there one minute then gone the next. So I waste a lot of time waiting at the bus stop trying to guess when they’re going to come because they are never on schedule. Please please fix this issue.
When it works….
I have to use the app almost everyday for my commute. When the maps and bus locations work, it’s great - but some days the whole things just freezes, and I can’t get it to show anything.
