Awful god forsaken banking app of doom and despair

I hate this god damned app it’s always down it’s always slow and I’m always poor. Fix the app. For the love of god I just need to see if I got paid.

Hasn’t worked for years

I haven’t been able to use the app for years now. It just doesn’t let me sign in and gives an error message. I’ve called several times and all they do is tell me to delete and reinstall it but that doesn’t fix it. They always say they’re going look into it and call me back but they never do. Now I can’t add new e-transfer contacts on the online version either. They don’t call me back on either.

Why does the app not go allow landscape view vs portrait

Servus

I am getting used to most of your changes and updates. Having said that I gotta tell you that your banking regarding Servus is a mess.
To quickly cover what I mean. I wanted a first
calgary Visa card. Was told they don’t have one but i could chance over to a Mastercard.
I did so, but it doesn’t somehow connect to First Calgary. Although Servus has taken over ,
they are keeping them separate so my Visa card also another separate step to consider.
