Pessima!

Muy mala aplicación. Lamentable

Soy usuario de TAG y sin dudas este es el peor que tengo. La aplicación es un desastre, el reloj con pocas actualizaciones. Un fiasco…

Ne fonctionne pas

Ne fonctionne pas avec ios. Le problème a déjà ete soulevé mais pas résolu. L appli ne détecte pas la montre alors qu elle est connectée a wear os.
Pas à la hauteur de la marque…

Cannot connect App to watch anymore

App won’t connect, press Get Started it thinks for a while then says Cannot Detect Tag Heuer Watch, then press Done Get Started and it says contact support. Horrible App for a watch brand like Tag Heuer

Ne fonctionne pas avec iOS.
L’application ne détecte pas la montre alors que celle ci est bien connectée à Wear OS.
Dommage !

Can’t connect

Having the sale issue as what seems like most people have. Won’t sync watch faces and looses connection only to ask you to try again. Makes you feel like you’ve half wasted the 3k it cost for the watch. Tag really need to sort this out before it ruins their smart watch rep

Does not work.

App does not work with Tag Connected Modular. Very disappointed with Tag. I don't think their smartwatches are ready for prime time.

Новые циферблаты отсутствуют

Очень расстраивает, что покупая премиальный продукт, получаешь его поддержку только ограниченное время. Нет последних циферблатов, обновления не регулярные, работает не стабильно. Очевидно, что следующее поколение часов это другая история, и ради контента их покупать не будут. Хочется, чтобы производитель принял меры, тк лояльность к бренду теряется. Даже платной возможности купить циферблаты нет.

Used to work

Beyond frustrated. The app no longer works. Says my Connected isn’t connected when it is. Feels like you’re forcing us to buy new watches.

Приложение не находит часы

После последнего обновления, приложение больше не видит часы. Новые циферблаты Porsche в WearOs отсутствуют, вроде продукт не дешевый, а с поддержкой проблема. Лучше сделайте одно приложение для всех, чем несколько приложений и все с багами.

What’s the point in making something that doesn’t work. Further more there’s absolutely no support. Shocking. Why has this not been sorted. Disgraceful 🤬

Useless app

As others have said this app just will not find my phone.
Wear os works, just. But this official Tag app will not find or pair with my connected phone.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times with no joy.
Followed all the FAQs and still nothing.
For an expensive watch your app is useless.

Don’t buy it!

Everything is up to date and there is no earthly way to get the app to sync with the watch so your are stuck with the stock watch faces.
Get a Garmin or an Apple Watch.

Keeps losing connection to the watch

Keeps trying to sync the watch faces and then loses connection and asks if I want to try again.
Such a disappointing app. You’d expect a lot more from a company like Tag but this watch has had issues with connections since day one and they’ve not fixed it and just moved onto a new app for the new watches. What a joke! Even one star is too generous for this app
