The app will not let me pay by credit/debit card. Very frustrating. It does show all the bill details
Payment problems
Paying on the app can sometimes prove difficult even if your payment option hasn’t changed. I’ve had to call in and give myself a balance so the app could pull from that.

Past due notice
I pay my bill on the day it is due. The app tells you the payment is Past Due on the day it is due. That needs to be fixed to reflect past due the day after it’s due.

I wish you all would fix it and get your act together. How many times do I have to pay my bill and you guys just let it sit in limbo. Unless it is by design and how you template fees?
A breath of fresh app
The app upgrade has been a breath of fresh air. Managing my account, checking usage, and paying my pill used to feel clunky and is now simple and smooth. The team clearly put real thought into this one. Night and day difference.
Does what it should
Easily view due dates, full bill, payment history (did I pay that yet?). I use it every month to pay my bill.
