Worst app I have ever used. Navigation is impossible to understand. I was able to match only two rooms to the descriptions. I still haven’t figured out how to find a room in the app, nor any description on how to use it.

Ugly slow and museum staff literally make fun of it

This app looks and feels like it was made in like 2005, is buggy and slow, and every place we go that has it tells us not to use it. This weekend a tour guide literally said their museum gets paid to join it or something.

It seems they’re spamming 5-star ratings which is even more embarrassing.

I hate bad apps. You would assume a big company like Bloomberg could hire experts at making software that’s good to use. Though it’s free so if they do not make money perhaps they just use ai to make it cheaply.
