Absolutely brilliant app! I’d say it beats all the others. Constellation is taking over for all the right reasons. You can book your shifts months in advance, so there’s no more waiting around for agency phone calls to find out if you’ve got work next week. It’s everything agency chefs have needed for years—simple, reliable, and gives you control over your schedule.

Works well and it’s very organised

App is not used properly by people that run it and you will see more work for constellation on other agencies than their own app . Save yourself some time and don’t bother
Decent app
A decent app for sure it works well for me, but there is room for improvement like having a dark mode for one and I’ve been having some issues with clocking in over cellular network at the O2 recently to the point where I’ve had to use Wi-Fi or it did work yesterday but the fact that it’s so inconsistent is annoying otherwise it’s a decent app if you fix the bugs and glitches as well as enable a dark mode, then you guys will get five stars.

I keep seeing "could not verify please reopen the app" when I'm trying to put my number in.

Constantly sending me confirm shift reminders
Already confirmed shift and it’ll keep sending me reminders. Also when I click on the notification, it doesn’t send me directly to the offer.

Never Been Booked
I do not know if I would never been booked why at the very first beginning they hired me
Booking not available
As soon as I click on the notification for a shift it immediately says, booking not available and doesn’t appear anymore. Ive tried contacting staff but I’ve been met with deaf ears.
Frustrating
Whenever I get a shift notification I click on it and the shift is gone, whenever I apply for a shift I get declined, the portal was much better the app is rubbish and furthermore all they provide now is waiter and catering jobs. Barely any cashier jobs

Every time I book a shift even as soon as I get a notification my booking gets declined and when my booking does get accepted later on the day it gets removed and I’ve tried to contact a member of staff but I got no responses pls can you guys go back to the original method thank you
Needs a lot of work
Extremely slow. When a new shift appears the page takes around 15 minutes to load and by then the shift is already taken 😡
Really junky
Nice to have an update from the website but the interface is awful. Really laggy and slow, but then again it is new. Hopefully better with more updates
App Not working
App is not sending activation text and there is no other option or contact information.
