I signed on to this overpriced, useless, service YEARS ago. Literally years ago. They still call and email multiple employees of mine weekly, some that don’t even work here anymore.
The service itself is not good. They take generic jobs that any contractor worth their salt already knows about. They do that for an entire state and then they divide that state into regions. Wouldn’t you know it, my city falls in THREE regions so I couldn’t actually buy access to my area without buying packages for the 3 largest cities near me… that we don’t even work in.
The Jobsite information they supply is often inaccurate and outdated. The contacts that they have are generic and not hard to get by yourself. The General Contractors that use the product to find subcontractors are not the most credible (hence why they have to hunt for subcontractors instead of already having a portfolio of them).
Overall, construct connect is nothing more than a scam that sells hope to subs and GC’s alike that they provide a profitable/worthwhile service that can advance your business. In reality, they are a sales team with no credible service to sale, executing high pressure high volume sales tactics to get you locked into a subscription.

Very Disappointed with Construct Connect
A very poorly laid out app that has multiple glitches. I paid over $1500.00 for an annual subscription and haven’t been able to find one job from this app. It has very very bad search engine. Literally anything you search pulls up different results if any results. Would absolutely not recommend and wish I could get a refund. Which they don’t do…

The sad thing is if you are seeing this it’s too late. They had me convinced that if I didn’t like their services I could cancel but that’s a lie. They trick you into a year long contract even though they may say you can cancel you can’t. Do not do business with these people. Scam
No value service
I’m roofing contractor. Got contract for 1 year for 4000$ . List was never updated properly , no drawing on a lot of files , wrong dates/times for job walk thru (Reported it 4 times and it was never updated in timely manner), glitches on takeoff web software compared to other similar services etc. You can contact 10-20 GCs in the area you working in and get in their bid list for free, and have 10 times more quality info . Overall overpriced service that not really have any value . Save your money and invest in other marketing platform.

No iPad version
On the iPad this is simply the iPhone version magnified. The browsers delivers superior performance.
Universal Access - iPad
It would be great if the app developer made the application universal so it would work with iPads natively, and not as a shrunken iPhone version.

Does not work on IPhone. Locks up and does nothing.
Great tool
Great to have when out in the field and can have access to all of the plans and contact information.
