Super easy to use !
When I would notice things like potholes or street lights being out, I’d report it to the website. The app is super convenient and easy to use to quickly let the city know when maintenance is needed. Super happy I downloaded this!
Bug
There is still a bug! I can’t open the app. Wants me to update but then kicks me out.

I was very surprised that the city of Henderson (Nevada) had an app! And that it actually works!! It logs into your profile for the cities website. You're able to take a picture of the problem you're reporting and let's you make a description, the best part is you can use Google Maps to mark the location. It also gives "status" updates for your reports, received/pending/closed stuff like that.
I wish they would "save" your login so you didn't have to type it all in every time you login.

Bad app
Doesn't work. Doesn't recognize my user name or password. Useless.
Customer service at its best
I'm not a Henderson resident but have used this app a few times to report issues within their jurisdiction. I wish the county and other local municipalities would follow Henderson's example and adapt their processes to available and emerging technology. It's definitely a win-win for residents and COH staff.

Awesome!
Great for reporting anything, especially fix-its! I reported a broken sprinkler that was spouting water onto a roof of a house a few blocks away & someone called me within the hour to get more details & send a conservation specialist to check on it. Go Henderson!
