Most useful contact manager
This is the third or fourth review Iโve done for CJ. It remains a truly essential program for me. I literally run my business on it. It is well designed, easy to use for a variety of tasks, and is absolutely reliable. As my business has grown, the client database has increased to ~ 20 GB of data. CJ manages it with no signs of strain. Incredibly well-designed. I still have never found a replacement candidate in the App Store. Highly recommended.

I have used this App for many years. I have been a fan since I first started using the it. And, it just keeps getting better.
The customer service is outstanding!! Yesterday, I somehow deleted 3 months of data which I desperately need for my business. I emailed support and they quickly responded and helped me get all my data back.

I Like It
I use this app constantly keeping a log of calls, texts, and other activities. I suppose my fear is the loss of it as did happen to me with a couple other apps in the past. Please let us users know if support to keep this app available is needed.

Business Card Scan
I would have bought the more expensive $149 option had it had access to Scan Business Card functionality: create a contact based on the scan of a business card (unfortunately only available for subscribers to the "Teams" plan)

I am using this app for last 4-5 years. One of the Best CRM Application. Facility to use multiple filters in recent update has increased its utility by multiple times.

A product that works, not that tries to upsale
Really appreciate the functionality of this product. I track all my clients with it and use it between two devices and have had NO issues with sync. The fact I can create custom fields, search anything, and export are a game changer. Thank you for focusing on the PRODUCT instead of trying to make it the "EVERYTHING" bloatware so many companies do. Also, support has been very responsive the few times I have reached out.
