Doesn’t ’appreciate’ my time
I am having to sign in several times a day, as it drops me. I travel to several different locations, frequently, and I’m having to wait for the app to catch up to me -I standing there waiting to get logged in when I could be punching in & getting work done. Often I have to sign in again just to punch out before I move to my next location.
Several times I couldn’t get punched in at all & had to double punch at end of my visit & have office make a correction to change my time.
Frustrating when you could be in a ‘hurry’ to get patient off to a medical appointment.

It is what it is
I wish it would set up for a face recognition sign in like most apps. It’s so ridiculous to have to always sign in with pass word and then wait for an access code and a password reminder change would be nice to. Bio metrics sign in would be way better.
It works.
It needs to have a warning when you need to change the password. A heads up that the password needs to be changed in the next 3 days would be good. It always demands a password change at the worst possible time. Either when I’m in need of quickly clocking in or out. And then people are standing there waiting for me to reset my password. A bigger box for signatures would be nice. Some people use a bigger stylus or shake and having a bigger area to write their names would be helpful. Constantly have to sign in to the application. If I sign in it should stayed signed in until I log off for the day. Freezes on the regular. Sometimes when clocking out it glitches and doesn’t clock you out till you’re a mile down the road.

This app sucks
Either the app not registering me clocking in, or somehow clocking me out, or just flat out not working, this app has given me nothing but hard times. I’ve had this app for 3 months and there has yet to be an update to make this app more reliable and efficient.
Non working app - ContinuLink mobile edge app.
Terrible app to work with. I have to constantly delete and reinstall the ContinuLink mobile edge app.

The newest requirement of needing two step authentication albeit appreciated is redundant. The verification is only good for 24 hours +/- and as someone who uses this application frequently being prompted for verification daily sometimes in the midst of filling out patient information for the day is annoying. (The app force logs me out and I have to sign in again, wait for the code yada yada).
Would be awesome if this could be worked out! Other EMR apps like Epic can stretch the two step verification process out further I’m confident you all can too. Thanks in advance. ET

Kinda bad
It logs you out automatically after a few minutes. Makes it extremely exasperating and stressful to document what I need to each day. I could have 40 tasks a client and I will have to login repeatedly for each one taking time away from the client. Each day I spend about 40 minutes total divided between only two clients just having to clock in every time i get a task completed. It constantly crashes and will not connect to the internet half the time even though all my other apps connect fine. Respectfully, the app is giving dollar general quality. I just downloaded the update so I hope changes have been made but I doubt this.

Not worth the energy
This app constantly crashes, and has numerous technical issues. Such as, when you go to log in and verify your location, the app will say it is completed, when in fact it is not. So there are times, when my time card is incorrect because the app did not fullfill its primary function. Its rather frustrating. Especially when it effects my paycheck. I have also had the issue where the app will change the shift dates/times, and I have to call my employer and let them know. Overall I would not recommend this app.

Get it together!
I am forced to use this app by my employer to clock in and out. At LEAST three times a week I have to restart my phone to get this app to work. How much fun is that right when you are trying to clock in? Don’t even get me started that it “tracks” your location—it’s simply ridiculous. No stars.
Annoyed
App worked good for at least 7 months. Now it’s giving me nothing but problems. I have to write down my hours so I don’t miss any pay.
Hilariously horrible
I use this app to clock into work. Tell your advisor right now to switch the system they use if their having you use this app. This is actually terrible and my pay stubs get messed up quite frequently due to me not being able to clock IN and OUT on time!
Worst app
Worst app ever! You have to restart your phone anytime you want to be able to log into the app. Or delete and reinstall. Who has time to do that before every shift? Fix the issues folks!!!
Not At All User Friendly
I have been using this app for a couple of months now and never has it worked for an entire week yet without problems. I thought it would be great once I got familiar with it but I always have to resort to the old fashioned paper method because it won’t open for me. Usually it will say it doesn’t recognize the link I’m using and suggests I try first time user then it buffers and never stops, sometimes for days at a time. My boss suggested I call IT the next time which I did and they suggested that I didn’t have the most updated App. I made sure of that and at first it worked for a day or two then I had to go back to paper again. The next week it worked for a couple of days then I had to shut down my phone in order for it to work. It worked for a few days and then stopped working again. I have to shut down my phone at least once a week for it to work. My phone is one of the newest ones the iPhone 14 pro so I know it’s not my phone. You need to get the bugs out of the App so those who depend on it for their job can have access to it each day that they work.

Must ALWAYS sign in/out
As soon as you open the app you have to sign in every single time. It’s annoying they really have to fix that. I have to get my phone ready before I get to work so I can clock in on time
Awful To Use
Buffers ALOT lately. Makes me late to clock in. Now, it won't recognize my password. Reset it twice, says it was successful, then won't accept it when logging in. Locked out twice today.

Great app… too many bugs
This app is a great tool when it works but unfortunately has been plagued with several bugs that have yet to be fixed.
Unfixed bugs that I’ve encountered include:
- No “save password” option on iPhones
- The app signing you out every time you move out of it
- The app randomly unselecting the server on the login screen
- When it requires you to change your password there is no check in place for you not to reuse your old password
- When selecting a server on the login screen you can’t login without closing the app and reopening it
