ContractorFlow is an iPhone app built to help contractors organize day-to-day work in one place. It combines scheduling, customer follow-up, materials tracking, and custom job formulas into a single workflow so appointments, waitlists, supply needs, and cost calculations are easier to manage in the field. The Scheduler lets you view appointments by day, create and edit jobs, choose a calendar, add contact details, set start and end times, and track materials needed for each appointment. The Waitlist page gives you a simple way to keep potential jobs organized until they are ready to move onto the schedule. The Materials section helps track inventory, tools needed, and job materials with checklists and swipe actions. The Formulas page allows you to build named formulas, assign labels to variables, save calculations, and keep a running total of costs. ContractorFlow is designed for contractors who need a practical, mobile-first tool to manage customers, jobs, materials, and quick field calculations without jumping between multiple apps.
