I’ve had the chance to try the cold plunge and red light therapy at Contrast Nordic Spa while it’s still being built, and it’s been such a great experience. What I really love about it is the sense of community that comes with it. The first time I jumped into the cold plunge, I had a small group of friends and family with me.
