Top Notch

Have this on the PlayStation as well. Graphics and gameplay runs smooth, sound is phenomenal and little to “NO” lag. I Rand a solid 45-60fps (sometimes higher). If you want the BEST experience, you’re gonna need a M4 or M5 chip. Anything under can and most likely WILL impact performance. If it’s not an “pro”, expect less. 🤷🏽‍♂️

A-Grade Sci-Fi!

Remedy has done it again mixing beauty, horror, mystery, and action into a sci-fi hit for the ages! It’s cosmic-liminal madness; a surreal blend of ‘Inception’, ‘Backrooms’, and telekinesis; and the first proper triple-A S.C.P. game.

Fun Game, but Ray Tracing Support is Misleading for iPad Air owners

Pretty fun game overall but my biggest complaint is I bought this because it’s supposed to support ray tracing on iPads with M3 and higher and 10GB of RAM. Well on my iPad Air M4 and 12GB of RAM, ray tracing is not supported. So I feel this is misleading. The requirements really should say you need an iPad Pro and that iPad Airs are NOT supported.

Running behind the clock

It's so exciting to see a AAA game ported for ipad but only if they run correctly. I was so excited about this game. But now it runs on slow motion on my ipad air M3 11 inch and I reinstall asset packs. It didn't work. And I can't play it. It also still doesn't ray tracing on my M3 even after updating packfiles. So dear remedy. Please fix it

Love it

Amazing port. Great game. Must have.

I think this may be the best aaa port so far

Well worth the asking price. Runs smooth and a great game to revisit

Install and control issues

Game looks great once it’s running. Install took a few attempts and I can’t get backbone controller working properly. It’s working for most things but sprinting and interacting. Please add controller support

This game is just beautiful!!

I love the story and the gameplay is fenomenal and I get to play it on my phone whenever it’s mind blowing!!! I really hope the next one comes out for iPhones as well PLEASEEEE

System files bug critical for your device!!!

The game files are downloading to system data on your phone and it won’t be de deleted with game. After reinstalling game it’ll be taking twice more space on your device and etc. Avoid this app if you don’t want to do factory reset losing all data.

Surprised!

I played only 30 min on ps5 and left the game. But decided to give a second chance on iOS and realized, what mistake I made to ignore it before. Great job!

Excellent, one enormous unacceptable fault.

Five stars because I want more AAA titles on iOS, and this game specifically is incredible! However it’s 2026 and the lack of cloud saving is fully unacceptable.

Please add controller support

I love the game but please add controller support I have a Backbone

FIX APPLE VISION PRO M2 VERSION

Game eventually boots up after 20 minutes of a one time game asset download, which is fine. However, after all that, the game runs poorly. It runs at 2x speed, settings labels for graphics are labeled extremely weird. When this game was promoted, it seemed like there would be a Vision Pro dedicated app. Instead, it's just an iPad app COMPATIBLE with Vision Pro. We'll take what we can get honestly, but fix these issues!

iPhone 17 pro needs optimization.

iPhone 17 pro. Recommend setting RT.
At first it seems to work quickly, but after about minutes game starts “slow motion” and crash to Home Screen. It needs optimization. I would also like to adjust the size of the interface text and make the subtitles even larger. And iCloud save please!

A great game ruined by poor controller layout

This would be an amazing game. It has that old school Half-Life and Max Payne feel to it. Unfortunately all the enjoyment of playing the game hindered by the absurdly poor controller layout. It is absolutely appalling that the developers don't allow user controller layout customization other than adjusting the sensitivity. The touchscreen control buttons are way too small, way too low, and way too close. It might be perfect if you are an 11 yo or have the finger girth of someone who hasn't gripped anything heavier than an energy drink in their life. However, for those of us with more common adult finger sizes, it makes the game clunky and not only difficult to play, but also frustrating to play. When the width of a thumb covers three buttons, then obviously there is going to be issues with reliable responses, intuitive feedback, and muscle memory. I have played a lot of games and this game has the worst controller scheme I have ever used. I would say that there is maybe a 60% success rate when in an action sequence I only press the button that I intended to press. This makes certain missions requiring timing and precision almost unplayable at the worst and unenjoyable at the least. One mission in particular is the field training mission which unlocks an object of power. Given that you only have 60 seconds to complete the course, it is extremely difficult to navigate the course without inadvertently pressing more than just the button I wanted to press at some point during the run, which runs up the clock for any corrective action. Now I wouldn't say I have excessively large hands, but the native controller layout scheme is clearly designed around someone with extremely small hand dimensions. It might be a great game if you use a hand controller or if the developers made some modifications or, better yet, allowed individualized customizable controller layouts, but as it is, I am taking a break from this game, as it is too frustrating to attempt to play to one's full potential due to the failures of the control scheme.

Playing with Backbone controller

First off, AMAZING to play this incredible title on my iPhone Air. Works almost flawlessly. I’ve had maybe one crash which isn’t bad. Only thing: I’m using a backbone iOS controller and when the camera view is directly behind Jesse and I’m going forward, running by pressing R3 doesn’t quite work. I have to adjust the camera angle slightly to the left or right and then it works fine. Controller is working normally with other titles so it’s not the controller. It’s a little annoying and I hope it gets fixed.

Add cloud save syncing

This is probably the first game I’ve ever played that doesn’t have iCloud save syncing, please add it, it’s really annoying not to have it on day one but a simple update can implement it. Fix the frame gen on the iPhone 15 Pro

Have backbone support

10/10 works with the backbone but won’t show up on the app

Fun and Original Game

Originally played this game on PS4 and couldn’t beat it and eventually lost interest.

Saw it on App Store for $5 and couldn’t pass it up. Glad I didn’t. This has been the best gaming experience in years. Don’t remember enjoying it this much the first time around. Looking forward to the sequel.

Purchased a controller and it is so much better than using a mouse and keyboard.

Before writing this I noticed that the game is compatible with pretty much all Apple hardware which is a plus. May install on my iPhone just to see what that is like. Wonder if the saved games from the computer transfer to the phone.

One annoying thing is that sometimes it seems like there is endless respawning of Hiss (enemies) which makes the game feel less story-based and more like an arcade zombie shooter/survival game. Also sometimes they respawn all around you at once and don’t know of a good attack that addresses that without dying.

Can’t wait for the next one!

m4 mac mini pro: zero issues with most settings on max. ray tracing off. 1440 and things were perfectly smooth. story was cool, setting was great. action and fighting i found the most fun with the use of skills, can’t wait to see how that is build upon in the next game. lots of reading for better immersion, you pick up a lot of pages for back story. The DLCs were a great addition to the story. didn’t know much going into it and am now playing alan wake. FBC!
