needs to work with VPN

VPN secures your internet connection. There shouldn’t be any reason this platform can’t establish a secure connection with a VPN active. Aside from this, I am satisfied😊 I am using this service more and more instead of typing to talk and reading captions. ASL is the language I understand best. That will NEVER change, so the more access to interpreters I have, the better!

This app sucks

It’s mandatory that you agree to 4 different things that say they can contact you for tons of different reasons, like app updates, how you can be apart of the community, and stuff that just don’t care about.
When you sign up you don’t even get to use the app right away! You have to wait for them to contact you!

I literally just signed up for them to contact me, and “help me sign up”

ConvoNOW is a Game Changer

ConvoNOW has completely transformed how I handle appointments, meetings, and day-to-day communication. The ability to connect instantly with an ASL interpreter without having to wait is beyond helpful. It gives me the freedom to take care of things on my time, whether it’s talking to my doctor, meeting with a teacher, or just handling a quick errand.

The quality of the interpreters is top-notch, and the support team truly cares. I felt heard, respected, and empowered. This is the kind of accessibility we need more of in the world. Thank you, ConvoNOW!

Advertisement of this app is misleading

I watched a video on Facebook my friend shared with me and this guy (named The Mailman Griffin, who is a PAID PARTNERSHIP with Convo) who made a video explained the differences between Convo VRS and Convo Now. He said that Convo VRS does require a phone number while Convo Now doesn’t. As a user of another VRS provider, this sounded really good until I got to the login page. There is no “register new account” button, it’s just a login button to log in your current Convo account.

I had to go to the Convo website to get a account only to find out that you have to get a VRS phone number registered with Convo to make a account before you could use Convo Now -and- Convo VRS. This mean you have to port your VRS phone number from another VRS to Convo to get a account. I’m not doing that.

The fact he was paid to lie to the audience is extremely disappointment and embarrassment. Convo, if you’re reading this, please address this misleading advertisement ASAP..

Stupid

Convo is sucker

Negative, we have to make payments for the Convo Now subscription.

Convo Now was doing great with VRI, but unfortunately, we are on a very tight budget financially. I believe they are supposed to support deaf communication instead of us paying depending on the amount of minutes used. We need a more affordable option for paying bills and subscriptions.
