Audio only Still not working on iPhone SE 3
Over the past eight months now, I have been unable to do pure audio calls via the app on an iPhone SE 3. I get Error Code 3a in the diagnostics for audio, but video clears fine. Had to dial your old phone number when in patient’s homes if I want to make an audio call. Running the current latest version at this date.

It is great for hospital to use but wondering if our insurance have to pay for it

Try deleting the app and reinstalling
I too was frustrated that the app wouldn’t work and there seemed to be no way to enable the microphone. Deleting and reinstalling did the trick! Translators are always so helpful and polite. So valuable in school, Thank you!
Cannot use with external conferencing device
Great service. Normally quite quick to get an interpreter. Invaluable work tool. My biggest and very significant gripe is that the app doesn’t work with external Bluetooth devices.
I use this on my IPhone 13. The speaker is a little quite for the loud environments I use it in. I’ve tried to set this up with numerous conferencing speakers such as Jabra, Lenovo and Anker but without success. I guess I’ll have to keep on getting uncomfortably close to the clientele.
