Issues
The physical location of the bank that I use is fine. The employees are amazing and can’t say a bad thing about them. The app and banking practices, however, need some work. Half the time it can’t update my balances. It just spins and spins. The fact that you can’t mobile deposit for a business account makes no sense. There’s no Zelle or option for quick ways to send money. Charging for things that are just automatically free at other banks. I love supporting local businesses, but with our own 2 small businesses, we may have to move elsewhere due to our current business needs.

Too many glitches
Way too many glitches in this app . I've had so many issues and now it says I have to update the app , but I am unable to unless I have iOS updated to 18.

Conway National Bank is the worst bank I have ever used. The Card has been locked 5 or 6 and nobody that answers phone calls is helpful. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

Feels very antiquated
Everything in involving this account takes way too long money being deposited from another bank or from my merchant is quickly processed on my merchant side because of my history with them, but takes forever for this bank to post it. Sometimes I need to move money from one of my bank accounts to another if it's an external bank, it takes almost a week. That's insane. Thought I was doing better by using a local bank but now I know why the bigger banks are better.

My Hometown Bank
I have been a “customer” of Conway National Bank since I was in college. However my deposits were from my parents who had been customers since my mother had her “own” money and my father had come to Conway to be Conway Hospital’s resident physician—hospitalist in today’s terminology.
After I was married and we made Conway our home, where else would we bank? Some other bank never occurred to us!
