Non working app
They say to sign up for loyalty rewards download the app but the app always says it’s no longer working. I come here often for my kids hair cuts and would love to earn rewards and save money if I can

Look this app so dope that I’ve been trying to do a deep dive into the company that created it. Lol 15 minutes out of my morning. This app is really good.
Glitchy and rarely works
My son loves going to cookie cutter to get his hair done. However, it is very difficult because making appointments and checking our time is only through the app. I have had to download an uninstall this app more times than I can even count. Even after that, I rarely can get through the app because it freezes.

I’ve been trying to set an appointment for several days. Each time I open the app, there’s an empty screen with the message “this app is no longer available.”
