Frustrating app.
App is good in a lot of ways but when the main reason for the app is to check in and every time you go to the calendar it defaults to the first day of the year and the month at the top displays the latest month available (a few months in advance) it makes it very challenging and stressful to check in.

What’s the point of this?
As a Sylvan parent I’m supposed to get this to track my kids progress. Apparently sylvan is now owned by a trampoline park company called Unleashed. Only this app unleashes every attempt to make me book a party, or go to a trampoline park. I just want my kids to gain confidence in school. If going on go-karts is the only way for my kid to “Thrive” (registered trademark of Unleashed) I guess will have to be ok with her not being what this company considers exceptional.

Useless App
This app feels more like a promotional platform than a tool designed to help parents make informed decisions. The ratings and reviews don’t inspire much confidence, and it’s difficult to tell which feedback is genuine. Trust is everything when families are looking for activities and services for their children, and this app hasn’t earned that trust.

KidHub is a helpful tool for my wife and me!
I had no ideas there was such a great resource for me and my wife to help us in parenting and raising our daughters. We were already customers of Class 101 and Urban Air but didn’t know about the connection to these other brands as well. This is a helpful tool for our family!
Awful
Just as bad as the website makes it hard for parents to use. You can tell this is made by a large private equity company that doesn’t actually know what the brands need. The app is clunky and the idea of thrive score is sickening children develop at different times and they should know that as opposed to giving them a score (with the same rating system as credit score?) not cool bad app.
