0 stars! App blocked me because it thinks I’m a child

The app won’t give me access. It’s saying that I’m under 18 which is not true. There’s no way to fix it. Completely useless. This is either a bug or a terrible feature idea. The 5 star reviews must be paid and fake.

Awful

The app in the beginning was okay to use to schedule my daughters classes however, now with one accidentally wrong tap, I can’t use the app at all because it says I’m not 18 years of age. And there’s no way to reset the app. I have tried uninstalling and deleting but the same message comes up. I’ve messaged the company about this multiple times and have received nothing back. Very disappointed.

Locked out

So since the update it asked for the age. I accidentally hit skip and now I can’t even access the app anymore or how to fix it

Doesn’t work anymore

When I try to open the app it says it’s for 18+ and to have an adult download it. I am the adult. It has always worked fine. Maybe the most recent update made it not work.

Locked out

I didn’t want to give my age range despite being an adult and now it says “Age restriction” and the only option I have is to close app. I even deleted and re downloaded and nothing. I’m just forever locked out. Funny thing is I was already signed in and using the app just a few days ago. Now I’m permanently locked out though.

can’t get in

i accidentally click the wrong thing about the age now i can’t even get in. it kept saying have parent download the app but i am the parent and i can’t do anything about it even if i delete the app. it won’t let me in !

Horrible app

So app working ok not great until it asked me something about age when I opened it. I said do not share because it was not clear what I was sharing and now the app open/ and says age restricted with no way to fix it. I cannot even delete the app and reinstall it. If this is not fixed, I will have to rethink doing business with this brand.

Works Great

So far this app has been working great for our use. We use it for both my kids at the Little Gym!

Needing location is not cool

I can’t stand this forced app. What was wrong with the old method of having staff check in kids at TLG? I downloaded it for the location management’s numbers, but I will not use an app that must see my location to work. This app should be optional, and so should location sharing.

Not super helpful

The app is confusing to navigate. They made us download it for Water Wings Swim School. You can’t use it to schedule makeup classes or submit an excused absence, which are the top two things I’d like to use an app for.

Forcing app downloads are ridiculous

I don’t know when this process went into effect forcing everyone to download an app and generate QR code to check in the phone number. Method was so much better. This is absolute garbage trying to set up. The account was horrible. It wouldn’t even generate the QR code properly. It ruins the entire experience. And quite frankly makes me want to switch to sky zone now.

pile of rubbish!

how is it ok to force me to hame a phone and an app to enter your place? I come to your park without a phone to avoid losing it in your foam pits.... instaed of leaving it in the car you now force me to bring it in to enter!!!! rubbish rubbish rubbish

Love the updates about my little one!

Excellent to organize activities and schedules. I also like that it keeps me updated on my daughter’s milestones.

Frustrating app.

App is good in a lot of ways but when the main reason for the app is to check in and every time you go to the calendar it defaults to the first day of the year and the month at the top displays the latest month available (a few months in advance) it makes it very challenging and stressful to check in.

What’s the point of this?

As a Sylvan parent I’m supposed to get this to track my kids progress. Apparently sylvan is now owned by a trampoline park company called Unleashed. Only this app unleashes every attempt to make me book a party, or go to a trampoline park. I just want my kids to gain confidence in school. If going on go-karts is the only way for my kid to “Thrive” (registered trademark of Unleashed) I guess will have to be ok with her not being what this company considers exceptional.

Useless App

This app feels more like a promotional platform than a tool designed to help parents make informed decisions. The ratings and reviews don’t inspire much confidence, and it’s difficult to tell which feedback is genuine. Trust is everything when families are looking for activities and services for their children, and this app hasn’t earned that trust.

KidHub is a helpful tool for my wife and me!

I had no ideas there was such a great resource for me and my wife to help us in parenting and raising our daughters. We were already customers of Class 101 and Urban Air but didn’t know about the connection to these other brands as well. This is a helpful tool for our family!

Awful

Just as bad as the website makes it hard for parents to use. You can tell this is made by a large private equity company that doesn’t actually know what the brands need. The app is clunky and the idea of thrive score is sickening children develop at different times and they should know that as opposed to giving them a score (with the same rating system as credit score?) not cool bad app.

Much needed integration

This app is super easy to use. It is very helpful to keep schedules for various activities for several kids in one place.

Love the new app

This app makes it so much easier to schedule everything in one place. Love how convenient and user friendly it is. The new thrive score program is really cool too!
