WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not rent from COOP!

This is the absolute worst company to rent from. They charged me over $60k for a rental on a semi truck for about 4-5 months. Truck broke down and now they want another $60k AND they will not provide a different truck.
Go to Penske or Idealease. Anywhere expect for Coop by Ryder. Supervisors here are worthless peasants. All around terrible experience. You WILL lose everything you have renting from Coop. They’ll charge you for things you didn’t even damage!
Stay away from COOP by Ryder by all means necessary!

Horrible service
We rented a truck through Integrity whick is the most ironic name this company could have. No integrity is more like it. I rented a unit that wasn't driveable. After the unit sat at my yard for almost 3 weeks they sent roadside to repair it supposedly. After ending my rental. Coop would not return my emails or calls. The rep handling my account name is Jeff was the sorriest excuse for customer service there ever was. After all this they attempted to charge my card 8k for a unit I never had a chance to use. I could go on for days for all the reasons not to use Coop but you get the picture.

App is ok but the bad part is no live customer service to answer questions about deposit refunds im still waiting 😕
One big joke
Ryder is a joke. What’s the purpose in creating an app that you can’t sign up for. You call and call and get the runaround.

Love this app. Can’t run my business without it. Gives me access to tractors and trailers whenever I need them to pick up new routes. Super easy to use and team is friendly.

The heavy equipment market needs more apps like this. Thoughtfully made with its own design language. Easily beats many sloppy efforts by “startups” despite coming from a big company. Kudos.

The Worst Company Ever!!
This has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with, in concerns to renting a vehicle.
The personnel @ Coop are incompetent and highly unprofessional ....I highly recommend going with whoever their major competitors are!!!

COOP has made it easy and simple for my company to rent trucks during our busy season and list them during our slow season. Great app and personnel
