Better than Big Rideshare
I’ve had a great experience using COOP. I’ve reserved rides easily, and gotten a driver that’s confirmed within minutes and stays my driver for the ride (no endless cycling through drivers who cancel last minute on reserve rides). Airport pickup was fast and easy. Great prices, competitive with Uber/Lyft, often times I save $5-25 a ride. Drivers much happier to do pick ups, wait a bit, etc as they get 80% of the fare rather than 30-40%.
I live in a far suburb of Denver and find it way easier, faster (and more affordable) to get rides Downtown and to the Airport.

Immediate disappointment!
I tried to use the app for the first time today. Uber’s rate was astronomical so I thought I’d check this out. The price was right so I booked it. Then after about 5 minutes the driver canceled the ride. Then instead of looking for another driver the app wanted to authorize my card for another ride. I was really hoping to let go of uber but that doesn’t work for me.

They are cheaper. Driver owned co-operative. I think they should be pronounced COOP, but they are awesome!
Need more drivers
I’ve tried several times to support CoOp, but if they don’t have the drivers, why should I keep trying?

Driver canceled and they’re still holding my money.
I booked a preplanned trip. I had four drivers pick up and cancel my ride. The last two drivers. Say that I canceled the drive which I did not.
It said it was a pre-Auth, but it was a full charge. I still have the charge on my account. Where I can’t use that money to actually get a ride. This app is a Joke, do not USE!

1st use, 1st fraud
First time using it. Driver had me wait outside in freezing temperatures then trip just disappeared from app. No record, no alert, no message. App is a total failure or a fraud

We should show riders how many drivers are nearby before they book a trip.
Quicker, cheaper and more ethical
I have taken rides out of the airport and out of downtown at hours of peak demand. I always got rides faster and cheaper on coop. After the Paul McCartney concert I got a ride to wheat ridge for 22 bucks on a crowded street. Everyone around me was being quoted 60-80 bucks and whining about drivers cancelling while I jumped in the car.
Drivers believe in this platform because it treats them fairly. Uber and Lyft exploit drivers and give them no job protection. You’ll get picked up quicker and get better service. Support an alternative to corporate greed AND get better service, this app is a no brainer!

Great new option!!
Was so excited to learn about this new rideshare option! this app pays drivers 80% of the fare instead of the rip off apps that pay 50% and have have been known to pocket drivers’ tips! Please join me in supporting more dollars in our community rather than going to a greedy corporation!!

I was pleased to try out this new rideshare app. The experience was easy as other rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft. I was surprised by a new transparency law that our state passed how little some of the other apps pay the drivers, but it’s really cool that this app pays the drivers 80% of the fare. Support our beautiful city Denver :).
Anyways just grabbed a ride to and from the bar so far, and it has been a great experience both times. Thank you to the two drivers: Mohammed and Bryan.

Scam drivers
First ride, driver did not pick up and completed the ride on their end for free money. In app support does not work. Terrible app and terrible vetting.

We're very sorry to hear about your first experience. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for at Coop Rideshare. After reviewing the trip, we found that the driver mistakenly completed the ride due to a navigation error. This was actually their first trip using our app, and while they are an experienced rideshare driver, they acknowledged the mistake. We’ve addressed this with them directly to ensure it doesn't happen again. Coop Support is now activated and working perfectly. Please rest assured, we immediately issued a full refund so the driver did not benefit from the trip in any way. As a recently launched platform, we’re still fine-tuning, but we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable experience. Many of our riders are already enjoying great service, and we’re confident your next ride will reflect that.
