Always broken

Pretty much 50% I try to use this app, they’re having an outage. How hard is it to run an eshop in 2026?

Convenient but sacrifice quality

I shop at coop online for the convenience. The app is easy to use. But the fruits and vegetables your receive can be a hit or miss. You will receive at least some items online they wouldn’t be able to sell in store. e.g. tiny mushrooms, small eggs when they should be large, sometime half rotted fruits

Aktionen und Bons komplett unübersichtlich. Einstellungen zu Push Nachrichten werden von der App ignoriert, ich will nur den Aktionsalarm und erhalte trotzdem laufend andere Nachrichten. Beim Drücken auf eine Push Meldung kommt man nicht zum entsprechenden Content in der App
