I am not being able to change the Language

You can change the language in your iPhone settings under 'Supercard'. If you are unable to find this option, please first add your preferred language in the general iPhone settings under 'Language & Region'. Your Supercard-Team

Grauenhafte app. Wieso muss ma sich ständig neu anmelden und dann geht das auch nur online?! Meistens an der Kasse ohne Internet.. Nervig. Dazu ist die App hoffnungslos überfrachtet und umständlich zu bedienen. Katastrophe

Love the Supercard program but it would be great to offer English as an option in the app similar to the Coop app

Always logs you out!
Everytime i want to use it to scan my points card, I’ve been logged out again. Logging back in gives password errors, reset email does not arrive. Clever way to prevent clients from getting points. Deals are not really deals. Stamp collection prizes are worthless. Time for Coop to overhaul their customer fidelity programs and make the card easy to access in the app.
