This app is great for covering last min sickness and no shows. The staff are generally well trained with great attitude and it’s super easy to you.

Great way to learn London bars
I’ve worked with Coople for a few months now. It was a slow start but once you have a few jobs and your rating is high you will get lots of jobs. Great for a second income or just in its own. Great support if you need it.

Terrible company!!! U spend time to apply for them, time for d interview, spend some money for ur uniforms, call them to get a shift & apply to their app but jobs seem so untame. Pop up notification would appear suggesting u to get the new app, then apply jobs again in the new app & still unsuccessful...

Great way to earn on a flexible basis
I started with couple in October and since then have worked in numerous places. It’s very easy to use and you can find yourself working when you’d usually have nothing better to do. The customer service has always been great and I would recommend to anyone looking for that bit of extra work!
Doesn’t let you find a part time job if you’re 17
I’m 17 and I need a part time job but this app doesn’t let me even register because of my age. So for me it’s useless which is why I’m rating it a 1 if I could I would rate it 0. This need to be changed as there are a lot of young people like me that are looking for part time jobs.

Found a job in one day
I discovered Coople while scrolling down my job search on Indeed. It said that I need to apply via the app. The same evening when I downloaded the application, I had a bunch of other job opportunities and I applied for the one that suited me the most. Lucky me, on the next day I received a call from one of the Coople team to confirm my induction day, I went there and one or two days after I already started working. Whenever there was an issue or anything, I called and it would be sort out the same day. Thank you Coople for your hard work and good organisation. I can just recommend it !

Annoying company not necessarily app
This is more like a spam app than ever helpful. I never got a single job from them only annoying texts that I can’t stop. I hate it and it doesn’t give you the opportunity to actually delete your account!

How do you want me to upload the cv if you only give me the option of camera and gallery??? In this day and age most people have files like that in the devices to upload.. who’s taking pictures of the curriculum? Especially if is more than one page?

Waste of time
No one actually replied to any job requests for week so waste of time to go for registration. I wouldn’t bother with this agency in the future. Just big words and looks pretty on app but in reality very badly run agency

Nice idea but not practical
Nice variety of work available. However, getting a job is very difficult. Employers choose employees based on their rating. However, as so many people have joined the agency and are applying for the same job there is a very low chance of you securing a job. This means you can’t improve or even get a score rating to attract employers to hire you. Possibly more jobs will come about in the Christmas period. For now pointless.
