When I put my email so they can send me the code but it just a note from the ceo I try several times same thing I give up

My account was terminated with no explanation after I’d earned about $30. The payment was not paid out. They waited until I had a balance in my rewards, then closed my account. I am disabled and feel totally taken advantage of!! This app is a scam!
Games don’t download properly.
I’ve tried at least 5 different games and all 5 apparently they couldn’t give me credit for downloading. I did what support suggested and still didn’t work. Too bad. This app actually had games I wanted to play.

If I could give it a zero I would said $10 bonus all I had to do is sign up play one game and the $10 would be available no compilations yea right u have to reach $25 to cash out bunch bs
Cash out sucks
You can earn on this app (if you’re spending money).PayPal and Venmo cash out sucks. Currently on 8 business days. Cash out says it’s processed. Still has not arrived in my account. JustPlay cash outs are way faster (instant! Literally) and you don’t have to spend money. Just deal with a lot of ads.

Not worth the time and effort
Of course when I get to some important milestones, it doesn’t reflect in the app. I contact their non existent customer support and when they get back they say send screenshots showing my progress. I send them and days later they say they never got them. I resend and they say they never received an update from the game saying I hit that milestone. There’s nothing they can do. I sent referrals within the app by copying my referral code, then hit share, and then sent the code to several people. They said I did it wrong. Too much time wasted for nothing.

Used to be good!
So this app used to actually be functional and used to actually let you earn rewards, but in recent weeks, they have changed their policies and limited users to scanning no more than five receipts per week. How are we supposed to earn a reward if we can't scan all of our receipts? What is the point of having a website that has receipt scanning if you don't even track purchases? The whole thing seems like a ploy to gain user information, sell it to the highest bidder, and never give rewards to users. Lame. I will probably delete this and just use competitive apps, which I already do.

Terrible customer support.
When you send an email to the support desk, you receive an AI generated email telling you to use the chat bot. The chat bought in the app is currently “unavailable“. Then the email tells you to reach out to a phone number via text, to which the text promptly replies “we do not handle support via text, please reach out to our chatbot” which is of course still unavailable!!
I would just like to get some help with my issue. I don’t think it should take 17+ emails of requesting an agent.
Do they not have “live” people working at this company?

Waster of time
They keep upping the cash out limit. When I signed up it was 25k to cash out now the limit is 30k. Receipt are only worth 3 cent and 5 per week. Games are worth a few cents. Totally not worth it.

App won't give me credit after playing a game. Last 3 apps I have downloaded and played I get the message I am unable to earn credit. Why? Apparently they want you to spend money to get credits.

Added an expiration
Credits expire now. Money they owed previous users is gone now
Smells like scam
Downloaded it off Fetch ad. Played one game scanned some receipts. The game will not give the credits earned. Wrote a few emails. No credits given. Scam
Has really great games
But you're not telling anybody how long it takes you just to get that it does not take you a week. I was playing for 2 1/2 months and did not even break the threshold to even go anywhere close to taking out that $10.
Not like it used to be
You can only cash out at $30 nowadays before it was at $10 now I don’t even get credited for some games and it takes forever to reach a goal in a game. The receipt scanning they also cut it short to scan less receipts per week than I used too.

I have been using copper for a while and at first it was great! I was hitting my game goals and earning some pocket money for myself. And I played so much coin master to get the 30,000 credits when you complete level 300. I made it. Sent screenshots to prove it was my account. Someone named Glenn responded to me and asked for more screenshots. I sent them. And crickets. It’s been since July 27th since I’ve actually have heard anything back from them. I feel like I will never get rewarded the credits I should’ve got.

Has turned into a scam.
Multiple times raised the minimum payout so that receipt scanning couldn’t reach the threshold.
Blocked my account for ‘suspicious activity’ and multiple requests to tech support went unresponsive. Lost access to app for 2 months now.
Sad, this used to seem like an app more competitive than fetch and now it just seems like it has turned into a scam
