And update then it says update again and again. You cannot see your running balance and you cannot see your previous bill pays to cancel or change. And the “high yield savings” is a joke!

Bill pay messed up
We use bill pay and have for five years. Never had a problem at all. Until their computer messed up an apostrophe in the Payee name (Sam’s Club MC) and produced a Payee name such as: Sama EE and some symbols unrecognizable to me, TM (tiny in size and raised-they stand for “Trade Mark”) with the correct PO Box, city, state and ZIP Code. It was mailed out to my Payee, Sam’s Club, on the correct day, with the correct dollar amount. But because CSCU’s computer chose to jumble up the top line, it’s unable to be electronically sent, it’s not really payable to Sam’s Club, so Sam’s Club MC can’t cash it. I will take care of that bill, but my frustration is with CSCU. I have called CSCU with no reconciliation and then I went inside my branch to have this investigated. They acknowledged their computer’s error. It’s been two weeks and no one has called me to say “here’s what happened.” I am just warning you.

The app is not working properly
Every few months, the app stops working yet there are no updates in the App Store for iPhones. Which causes a client or customer to go online on a computer. It would be nice if the app or the could rectify this.
As for the credit union itself it’s a great place to bank. Ive been with them for 35 years.

Extremely unreliable
Constantly has issues with using Zelle and with reliability loading account data. With recent updates, the app only produces 502 errors with fetching account data.
bad app, worse institution
app often has issues updating balances. all around this institution sucks, they use their branding to get you into third party underwritten credit cards.
Won’t Accept Deposits
The new app update will not accept my check deposits. Major inconvenience when you work 8-5 M-F and can’t make a trip to the bank.
Almost usable
Kinda seemed like a good app, however, current version is forcing a passcode. I don’t use a passcode as I do not want to use one every time I look at my device. Please remove that requirement.

Absolute garbage. Do lot leave your money with these people. Glitchy app, poor customer service, randomly can’t withdrawal because their app is glitching out. So many better options out there…

Terrible
Keep getting charged over draft fees when money is being deposited the same on a Government protected Account. Pyramid CU was fined $100k by the NCUA for the EXACT same thing.
Horrible Change
The other CS app was easier to use and manage. I guess I am just very dissatisfied with my whole experience with CSCU since having them as my car loan.
Copper State is Awesome
I Graduated online from Grand Canyon University and got a student account at Canyon State Credit Union. It was a Lopes Student checking account and (purple 😝) I’m from and live in Alabama and still use the account. I can mobile deposit a check later in the day and it still clears the same day because of the 2 hour time difference. 😛😛
