Balances missing
I can’t see my running balance with each transaction, which is pretty basic to managing accounts. Please fix.
Need constant verification
My son opened an account for college and is still unable to make check deposits after a year. It is ridiculous at this point.
Issue
I can not figure out how to remove older and inactive credit cards from my payment list!!
Latest update bricked the app
Basically what the title says. Was forced to update my app, and now it’s just stuck on a blank screen with a picture of the Grand Canyon and a status bar that says “Completing app update”, only nothing happens. Good thing my auto loan is set up for automatic payments, I guess…
Best banking app of all time
Super easy format, love everything about it
OG Mack Mobile App
Very functional, user friendly
Anthem
Leenie is the best in Anthem always helpful
Update
And update then it says update again and again. You cannot see your running balance and you cannot see your previous bill pays to cancel or change. And the “high yield savings” is a joke!
I made more money in one month than we did the whole year in a different savings, they should call it “Pennie’s for your dollars savings”

Great service
Great service
Fantastic
The newest version of this application (app) makes my life and my financial obligations easier to manage.
Bill pay messed up
We use bill pay and have for five years. Never had a problem at all. Until their computer messed up an apostrophe in the Payee name (Sam’s Club MC) and produced a Payee name such as: Sama EE and some symbols unrecognizable to me, TM (tiny in size and raised-they stand for “Trade Mark”) with the correct PO Box, city, state and ZIP Code. It was mailed out to my Payee, Sam’s Club, on the correct day, with the correct dollar amount. But because CSCU’s computer chose to jumble up the top line, it’s unable to be electronically sent, it’s not really payable to Sam’s Club, so Sam’s Club MC can’t cash it. I will take care of that bill, but my frustration is with CSCU. I have called CSCU with no reconciliation and then I went inside my branch to have this investigated. They acknowledged their computer’s error. It’s been two weeks and no one has called me to say “here’s what happened.” I am just warning you.

Great Credit Union
Great credit union to do business with, I will never go back to a bank!
The app is not working properly
Every few months, the app stops working yet there are no updates in the App Store for iPhones. Which causes a client or customer to go online on a computer. It would be nice if the app or the could rectify this.
As for the credit union itself it’s a great place to bank. Ive been with them for 35 years.

Extremely unreliable
Constantly has issues with using Zelle and with reliability loading account data. With recent updates, the app only produces 502 errors with fetching account data.
bad app, worse institution
app often has issues updating balances. all around this institution sucks, they use their branding to get you into third party underwritten credit cards.
Won’t Accept Deposits
The new app update will not accept my check deposits. Major inconvenience when you work 8-5 M-F and can’t make a trip to the bank.
Almost usable
Kinda seemed like a good app, however, current version is forcing a passcode. I don’t use a passcode as I do not want to use one every time I look at my device. Please remove that requirement.
Awful app and credit union
Absolute garbage. Do lot leave your money with these people. Glitchy app, poor customer service, randomly can’t withdrawal because their app is glitching out. So many better options out there…

Terrible
Keep getting charged over draft fees when money is being deposited the same on a Government protected Account. Pyramid CU was fined $100k by the NCUA for the EXACT same thing.
