App is great and everything for me has worked, my problem with it is if you get a credit card with them, they give you one thru elan credit union, so you need to download another app to see that

The people working their are friendly and professional. I feel like I’m doing business with friends. I have banked at other companies who don’t see the person just . Its It’s just about the money. I will take friendly and respectful over the stuffed shirts at other banks in the area.
The best app
I love the ease of using the app, has everything I need at a glance. I just wish my external accounts could be updated quicker than going on my laptop.
Deposit checks
I used to love my banking app, but within the past two to three weeks the option to deposit checks on the app has been taken away. Why?? I can’t always drive to my physical bank to deposit checks and my bank isn’t open on the weekends, so that’s never an option to get over there during that time. Please bring back full function of the app.
